Cabernet Sauvignon Blocks A-E: 21°-22° Brix, pH is averaging 3.4
Cabernet Franc: 23° Brix, 3.45 pH
Syrah: 22° Brix, TA .85, 3.39 pH
Merlot: 23.5° Brix, TA .48, 3.44 pH
Muscat Canelli: 24° Brix, 3.36 pH
The Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah are still a week or two away for picking. The Franc, Muscat and Merlot can probably go anytime!
